main library in Salt Lake City help
Does anyone know a way to hire a physical person to go research a physical book at the library that doesn't cost $ 1000's of dollars ! There is a 9 volume set of books written by Stefan Stader. He categorized alphabetically all the Danube Swabian colonists from Germany and area heading to Hungary to farm the swamp lands.

I believe there are several people who own copies or have access to the book(s) and are willing to do lookups on the DVHH (Donauschwaben Villages Helping Hands) mailing list (https://donauschwaben-villages.groups.io/g/main).
(It wasn't swamp lands. It was depopulated areas due to the Ottoman empire's total lack of interest in sustainability.)
