NOT displaying temple ordinances
I want to be signed into FamilySearch but do not want the temple information to be see by non members. Is this possible?

On the Account tab of your Settings there is a toggle switch for Show Temple Options. If you turn it off the temple menu is hidden.

@karenk ,
Are you talking about non-members seeing temple information over your shoulder on your screen (such as in a FamilySearch Center), or not at all on FamilySearch on their own computers? Non-members will not see any temple information when logged into FamilySearch in their own personal accounts. So turning it off as @DanaChou indicated above, will only change whether the ordinances show up on your screen when you're logged into FamilySearch. And that can work just fine in a public center such as a library or in a FSC, for example.
If you leave the "Show Temple Options" on in your FamilySearch account, that's when anyone can look over your shoulder and see them on your screen - that's all it controls. So any Church member (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint) will always show all ordinance information IF there is any to be seen on any deceased person in Family Tree, and if the "Show Temple Options" is set as "on."
