Where did this come from? Matching indexed information to the image.
I am trying to find the record image that matches this indexed information.

The only record I can find for 27 April 1794 in Jonas born to Jonas Jonsson and Marta Eriksdotter.

Jonas Asserlind was a son of Anders Asserlind and Anna Arrhenius from Torp, Ör born in 1794. The record above belonged to a real person living in Myran, Ör.

The first part of this you know, but I'm going to include it anyway for others coming to this post:
These older indexed collections were completed before any microfilm were digitized, so there was never any link from the index to any image because there was no image. However, these older indexes were very well done and it is generally ver easy to find the corresponding record.
Either:
Click on the image which has the label "Check Image Availability" which brings up to statement "The information on this record came from a group of images. To view the image of this record, you will need to look through several images" then click the link Browse the Film.
Or:
Take the microfilm number, this this case 85333 and search in the catalog to find it: Födde 1647, 1662, 1675-1676, 1688-1701, 1767-1780 C:1, 1702-1814 C:2-6, inkl. Gunnarsnäs 1770 C:1, inkl. Järn socken 1770-1771 C:1, inkl. Holm socken 1771 C:1
In either case, you have to search through the entire microfilm to find the record. You can jump here and there by entering a page number. This microfilm does include records from four different parishes so you have to be sure you are in the right section. Births for Ör for 1752 to 1814 start with Image 417 (not page number). Since Jakob was christened on 28 April 1794 the record will fall in that section.
The table of contents on image 422 shows how the book is organized with births and christenings from 23 Feb 1852 to 19 Aug 1807 being on Pages 3 to 276 (not image number).
Jumping forward through that page range, you will find that 1794 starts on page 224 which is image 532. There are only a few births per year so now it is easy scan to April christenings and see right there on the bottom of page 224 (the handwritten page number at the top of the page, not the printed number at the bottom of the page which is 218) the entry for Jonas which you found.
Now here comes the problem you have identified. The dates and place match the record, but the child's name and parents' names are completely different!
Checking other entries on that page of the microfilm, the index is just fine. I have no idea why the index is so wrong. But it is. Unfortunately, this is not an index that can be corrected.

You didn't mention if you were researching Jonas or Jacob. In either case you should not attach the indexed record to either of them since the index is so bad. If you are researching Jonas, you can attach the actual image as a source. if you are researching Jacob, you will have to find his birth record, which this index is not, and attach that image as a source.
