The first entry on your linked page is a continuation of the record from the previous page. It is the birth/christening record of Måns who was born on 23 March and home-baptized on 25 March. His parents are "husmannen" Hans Månsson and wife Hanna Larsd(otte)r. A "husman" owned a house but not the land.

The last word on the first page is "Sus.= Susceptorix = female godparent/godmother" (see Latin Genealogical wordlist here: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Latin_Genealogical_Word_List#S . It is referring to the first female name (Signe Christensdr) on the following page.
