Note - I'm not sure what H=T means in the last column. It's not in every entry, so H could mean Hebamme = midwife? Or not. T could be Taufe=baptism? Or not. I went back several pages, but am no wiser. Perhaps someone else knows what this stands for.

It could mean Haus-Taufe (baptized at home). When you go back to image 601 you see "Haustaufe" on the left page and "H=T" on the right page.
