Here's the translation -
7 Charlotta Roeschlein, leg[itimate] + 30 Oct 1821
On the 30th of October 1820 was born to Johann Wolfgang Röschlein, subject and farmer, by his wife Anna Magdalena nee Popp from here, a little daughter who, at the [emergency?] baptism undertaken by him and the midwife Maser, received the name Charlotta. The chosen baptism witness was Charlotta Popp, wife of Georg [Heines?] Popp, subject and farmer in Durenbuch.
Note - I couldn't quite make out the word before Taufe at the end of the 7th line of this record, but the sense is that this was an emergency baptism, since it was conducted by the father and the midwife. This also makes me wonder whether the death date was actually the same as the birth date, 30 Oct 1820, rather than a year later. That last digit on the year in the margin could easily be a zero if the ink ran together, rather than a one.
