Abel seems to be quite common as a girl's given name in your families ;-) ... have never seen that before.

"Inste" is used in some regions in Northern Germany for inhabitants without their own house and usually without any own ground. Could be a family living in "rented" accomodation with just a little land to grow food for themselves. What "Häuer" means in that context, I don't know.

The note specifies that the daughter was born "early", that is only 7 weeks after marriage.

des dasigen Häuer-Jnsten: dasig = from here / I am not sure if landlord is a suitable translation for Insten - quite likely he was (at least not much more than) a day-labourer.

Engel = Angela

frühzeitiges Töchterl(ein): I am not sure if early daughter is a suitable translation - but don't have a better one; it points out that she was born only 7 weeks after the parents' marriage, so it's more an "early conception" rather than an early daughter.

"des dasigen Häuer-Jnsten, Johann Jürgen" placed in DeepL translates as "of the current head of the household, Johann Jürgen". Does that seem reasonable?

DeepL is by far the best online translator I know!

I doubt that DeepL knows the expression "Inste" ... but their guess head of the household looks reasonable: avoids putting him into a social category.
