This looks like an index to a parish register.
At the top is the letter "E" so you are in the surname entries which start with that letter. Then the three column headings are:
Kopul[iert] = Married.
Geboren = Born.
Begraben = Buried.
Then the numbers in each column are either page numbers or record numbers.
Your record of interest begins: 26. Ebert, Joh. Heinr. Friedr., resident in [can't read the rest].
In the Married column for him it says: 54.
In the Born column for him it says: 220, 246, 282.
In the Buried column for him it says: 109, 125.
You will have to review the parish register and determine if these numbers are for pages or for individual records.
