Hello @Susan Saul,
Translation (with column headings shown in bold):
Number: 42.
Deceased: Arnold Valk, died here.
Status of the deceased: husband of Maria Anna Meiners; tailor.
Age: 65 years.
Whether the deceased left behind a spouse and adult or minor children: widow and partly/some minors.
Day and hour of death: 12 Feb 1823, 11:00 pm.
Cause of death: "Blutsturz" = hemorrhage.
Whether the deceased was assisted by a licensed physician or wound specialist/surgeon at all or only in the last 48 hours: no assistance at all.
Date of burial: 16 Feb 1823.
Cemetery: "ibidem" = in the same place [as written above] (which is not helpful because "ibidem" is written in all the entries above -- you will need to look at previous pages to see if an actual place is written).
Suggestion: Here is the link for this same record from Matricula: https://data.matricula-online.eu/en/deutschland/muenster/bocholt-st-georg/KB016/?pg=28
Compare how clear this record is compared to the images you provided. This is the image I used to translate your record. It's always a good idea even when you provide an image of the record to provide a link to that record as well.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for your assistance and for your advice to provide a link to the page on Matricula. I will do so in the future if I need translation assistance.

You're welcome, Susan! Isn't Matricula a great website?!!

Yes! I use Matricula a lot. Deepl is my friend if I can decipher the handwriting but sometimes the smaller notes just baffle me, so thank you again for help with the details. I will be visiting Bocholt next month so I want to have as much information as possible before I go. A local genealogist/historian has volunteered to show me ancestral locations and connect me to other genealogists.
