Translation Request - "Familiant" Record

Hi there,

I would greatly appreciate help with a translation of a "Familiant" record for my ancestor Joseph Ditz. (The head of every Jewish household in Moravia was required to have this type of document.) The family lived in the town of Lundenburg (modern Breclav) in Moravia. But since the document is written in German, the people on the Czechia page recommended that I post it here.

I think the record indicates that Joseph Ditz is the son of Jakob Ditz. I'd like to know if I'm correct about that, and would be very grateful if someone could help translate the rest of the document.
