Not sure of the surname in this German from Russia record.

Is someone able to translate this German from Russia surname? It is the first one, #144. I'm not sure if it is Matoksi, the underline word which it normally is, or the name at the end of the given name, Karhu. Is the name Jaçob Stephanssohn Matoksi or Jaçob Stephanssohn Karhu? And is the mother's name Agnetha Simonsdochter Rautane?
Thanks so very much

Actually the names in these records are not of Russian but Finnish origin. The underlined name is the locality (Matoksi, now Matoksa/Матокса in Russia). The name is Jacob Stephansson Karhu (karhu = Finnish for bear). The mother's name is Agnetha Simonstochter Rautane.
