Translation Request -1683 Marriage Record
I'm trying to determine if this is the marriage record of my ancestor Johan Bernard Veldhaus/Feldhaus/Veldhauß and his wife Catharina. Their first child was born in September 1684 and so the timing of the marriage would be correct.
The record is located on Matricula Online for the St. Vincentius Parish in Haselünne. Marriage date 7 Dec. 1683. Following is a link:
The record is the top one on the right side as shown below:
Two of their children have godparents with the last name Schwane and it looks to be that Catharina's last name in the marriage record begins with a S but I'm having a difficult time with both the last names of the bride and groom.
I appreciate any thoughts. Thank you.

Hello @Darlene Gayle Bills,
Here are my thoughts on this challenging record:
Groom: Joan. Berend _elthus — not sure of the first letter and the "h" could possibly be an "s" or "f" — it's hard to tell given the poor quality of the image. The first letter might be a very strange loopy "V" which would possibly make the name "Velthus". If so, I could see "Velthus" being a variant spelling of Veldhaus/Feldhaus. Note "Joan." is the Latin abbreviation for the German name "Johann" and "Berend" is a variant form of the name "Bernhard". So this is possibly the marriage record of your ancestor. I would certainly keep this record as an option.
The bride Catharina's surname begins with an "S" but I can't decipher the rest of the name. With respect to it being possibly "Schwane", I don't see the letter "h" in the surname as it is written here.
