Translation Request - Swedish Birth Record
I'm looking for assistance in reading the following birth record. I believe it's for my relative Elin Knutsdotter, born 3 Jan 1744.
The record is found on Riksarkivet, Linderås Parish birth and baptism records at the following link:
Assistance is greatly appreciated.

Especially the place names are difficult (without knowledge of the area). The word before Sven that looks like "ezitunn" also appears in other records and probably means something like sponsor/godparent. I can't come up with any Swedish word that fits.

Thank you so much for taking time to look at this. A couple of questions:
Do we not know the father's last name or just that his first name was Cnut (Knut)?
Same thing with the mother. Her firs name is Annika but do we not have a last name? Does her being referred to as a "maid" mean she was single?

Hello Darlene,
I don't see a father mentioned in this record. On closer inspection it may also be that "Maid Annika" - whom I first suspected to be the mother - still belongs to the preceding record. This would mean that neither parent is specifically named in the record which seems odd. But it is the same with all other records on this page, just the name of the child is given with the patronym and the place name/farm.

Thank you again. I was so excited to find this record only to have it lead to a dead end. 😂
