Invite tab in Family Group

I wish to invite family members to join my family group. When I click on the tab "Invite" or the picture below it "Invite family members" nothing happens.

When I click either right now, I get this pop up:

So it does not seem to be a current system problem.

What is your tree count?

You can only invite people who have a profile in the tree so if you count is 1, that is, just you, it may be you need to add profiles before you can invite. Maybe the popup doesn't open if there is no one to display.

However, if your tree count is more than one, it should be working.

So the usual troubleshooting:

• What device are you using?
• What is your operating system and version?
• What is your browser and version or are you in the mobile app and if so what version?
• Have you tried disabling all extensions, ad blockers, and pop up blockers in your browser?
• Have you cleared your cache and cookies and restarted your device recently?

The developers need this information if they are going to track down any bug.
