Translation:
On the same date = 30 November 1796
Hermann Hinrich Dancker, widower and farmer in Höperhöfen and Maria Lemmermann, legitimate daughter of Friederich, cottager in Reessum, were married in the church.
Here is the link for Reessum from Meyers Gazetteer:
https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/20560069
If you click on the "Map" link in the gray bar at the top of the page, you will see that Reessum is about a mile northwest of Sottrum.

Thank you for the transcription and translation AND the link! I'm a little confused about the relationship between Höperhöfen and Sottrum. And some records say Gross Sottrum. Is it just the difference between where a person lives and where they would go to record the marriage?

Yes, if the village where the person lived didn't have its own church, he/she would have to go to the town that did have a church.
Let's illustrate this using Meyers Gazetteer.
Here is the link in Meyers Gazetteer for Höperhöfen:
https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10842084
Now click on the "Ecclesiastical" link in the gray bar at the top of the page. This link shows all the parishes, churches, synagogues, etc., within 20 miles of Höperhöfen.
Notice the first Protestant parish listed is for Gross Sottrum, about three miles from Höperhöfen, This is where the Protestant residents of Höperhöfen would most likely travel for marriages, baptisms, burials, etc.
By the way, if Höperhöfen itself had a church, it would be listed first in the "Ecclesiastical" link.
Now click on the "Map" link in the gray bar at the top. Höperhöfen is marked on the map with a red arrow. Now if you pull the map image slightly up and slightly to the right you should see Sottrum to the southwest of Höperhöfen on the map. Note that under the name "Sottrum" there are the abbreviations "Kl." and "Gr."
"Kl." = Klein Sottrum. Here's the link from Meyers:
https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/11002085
"Gr." = Gross Sottrum. Here's the link from Meyers:
https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10658021
If you click on the "Ecclesiastical" link for Gross Sottrum, you will see that it is listed as the closest Protestant parish church, which is itself.
Now if I search just for the name "Sottrum" in Meyers Gazetteer, here is the what I get:
https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/20836074
Notice on the right in blue there is a "see" reference that says: See Gross Sottrum. This means the entry for Sottrum is dependent on the entry for Gross Sottrum. If you click on the words "Gross Sottrum" (in blue) in this entry, you will be taken to the entry for Gross Sottrum in Meyers Gazetteer.
Hope this helps. The online version of Meyers Gazetteer is a powerful reference source for German genealogical research.
