Sigriswil BE - marriage - 1841 - Boss - location
Is there someone who could translate and explain the 2 attached marriage records for me. They appear to be for the same 2 people, same date, but differ somehow. I am a bit confused. Does this have to do with place of origin? It is the entries with the green arrows. Thank you for your help.

Somehow it has actually to do with the place of origin. The first record (Sigriswil parish) says:
"23. April Jacob Boss, Jacobs, von und zu Oberhausen Sigriswil
Susanna Meyer, von und zu Därligen"
April 23, Jacob Boss, son of Jacob, from and in Oberhausen [place of marriage] Sigriswil
Susan Meyer, from and in Därligen
The second data set (which is from the Leissigen parish) is a little more informative:
März 21, 28 + April 22 Jakob Boss, Jakobs von
April 18 + zu Sigriswil mit Sigriswil
Susanna Meier, Peters Toch- 23. April
ter von und zu Därligen 1841
[Proclamation Permit Date of marriage]
March 21, 28 + April 22 Jakob Boss, [son of] Jakob from
April 18 + in Sigriswil with Sigriswil
Susanna Meier, [daughter of ] April 23
Peter from and in Därligen 1841
The fact that Jakob Boss is supposed to be a native of both Oberhausen (which is in the canton of Thurgau) and Sigriswil initially puzzled me a little. On a topo map I then found a hamlet east of Sigriswil, the name of which the local pastor Germanized 😀:
