Delayed response and closed thread

I posted about a "very old" age (that wasn't) in OCTOBER. https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/152045/i-think-the-calculator-needs-some-work

Today there has been the only response to that thread, with immediate closure. I'm sorry, but I don't feel that's appropriate. If I had posted that information today, since the algorithm has been modified, the "that's out of scope" might have been warranted, but that's not the case.
