Lublin, 23rd of Jan 1870 at 10 am Andrzej Tonn, 36, arrived accompanied by Andrzej Schultz 45 and Michael Hintz? (Гинц) 36 both colonists from Janowec and presented a male child announcing that he was born at 11 am yesterday by his lawful wife Ludwica nee Radkow 32 years old. Child was named Gottlieb, godparents were witnesses named above and Wilhelmina Braun, wife of colonist from Janowec.

Yes, there are two dates 23rd of January/4th of February. This is actually the same day but given both in Julian and Gregorian calendars since Poland moved over to Gregorian in 1586 and Russia was still on Julian until 1917.
Since everyone is on Gregorian now, you probably want to use 4th of February date in your records rather than 23rd of Jan that I gave in translation, thanks for double checking.
