Using FAN club, found 1790 Frederick Co, MD census ALPHABETIZED
I am using FAN club for Peter Lemon and John Croy in Frederick County, MD in 1790 to before 1810. Part of the list of people in county's Federal census for 1790 was alphabetized so that I do not know who lived around Lemon/Lehman/Layman/Lamon family. Where are tax records, free land records, and plat maps for c. 1800 in Maryland? Are there other records that might indicate who were John and Peter's neighbors? Thank you for your help.

I would recommend going to the top of this community page and clicking on Maryland to go to the Wiki research page. There are a lot of helpful resources on this page. If you look under the Record Types on the right-hand side, you will see two of the resources you listed: Land & Property, and Taxation. Much success in your research.

Thank you for responding. Respectfully, I was reaching out because I had already searched through the FS Wiki you referenced. I did so again and found nothing for Frederick County for years close to 1790. Yes, there were tax records in 1780s but these did not include Frederick Co. Land record in MSA start in 1972 (unless there is some other place records are hidden.). We have been working on this brick wall for almost 50 years so many usual resources have been examined. Still I was looking for deeper consideration before giving an answer Will you assist or shall I reach out to someone else? Thank you
