Conflicting evidence
Having multiple sources is great, but there needs to be a way to indicate that some of the sources provide conflicting evidence. Somehow there also needs to be a way to indicate that there is some discussion that resolves the conflicting evidence.

I use Notes for that. Alert Notes are particularly good for that. I also use Memories - where I often put a detailed Proof, showing how I connected the dots to reach a conclusion.
