Efficiently inviting people to a group
I have a couple dozen people that I would like to participate in a family group tree that I created for the descendants of my grandparents.
I was hoping I could click "invite" on each of them in the list of the persons in my tree, and it would send an invitation to all of them at once, via the Family Tree messaging, as well as via the e-mail address that each has on file. I could then include a single message to all of them at once.
Instead, it appears that I have to click "Invite", paste a copied link into an e-mail I create myself, and repeat that process for each person. That will take a couple of hours instead of a few minutes. I'm also worried how error-prone this is, as I have to keep track of which link I'm sending and who it is supposed to go to. I also don't know for sure that I have the right e-mail address for each of the people (like my cousin's children).
Would it be possible to use FamilySearch's messaging system and FamilySearch's knowledge of the users' e-mails to send a message and custom invitation link to each of them all at once?

Thank you for this suggestion. We have recently changed the invitation process so that it creates only a single invitation link and the new group member finds his own profile in the tree the first time he comes to the group after he has been accepted into it. See if this new process helps to cut down the amount of time required to invite your family.
