Can someone clarify the meaning of 5K 3S 1E vorletzl. in the Hermann baptism (entry 445, first line, 5th column? Does it refer to the date (24 Mai 1892)? I have a lot to learn about German records.

"3 K. 3. S." means "3. Kind (child) 3. Sohn (son)". "1 E." might be "1. Ehe (marriage)".
"vorletzt[es] 24. Mai 1890" means probably that the last child before this one was born 24 May 1890.
