Needing Assistance with a Location

I am wondering about the location of these records, specifically the birth record of 29 January 1784. It looks to be Neopagus, but I cannot find such a location. Neo = new, but this is as far as I can get.

Neo = new, paugus = village (in Medieval Latin), thus New Village = Nová Ves. Pretty common name in the Czech Republic, in this case Nová Ves u Světlé (https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nov%C3%A1_Ves_u_Sv%C4%9Btl%C3%A9).
