This is not the burial record for Johannes Lerch, but anyhow a rather interesting one.

Translation:
Selbold: On 18 October was buried Mr. Wilhelm Breyting, coffee house owner? at Frankfurt, who wanted to have a hard hernia cut and cured here by the local surgeon Buchhold, but had to die from it the other day. Age 37 years, 6 months less a few days.
Comment: the German word "Bruch" can mean both a hernia or a fracture. A hernia seems more probable here, but I don't know what a "hard hernia" means. "Bruchschneider" (hernia cutters) existed since the middle ages, they were low-ranking medical craftsman like barbers and "tooth-breakers" without medical education.

Oh my! How embarrassing! I downloaded the entire page from Archion and clipped the wrong record. I wondered why I could not understand any of the words! The record is quite unique and interesting, though. Thank You
Here is the correct one and I think I got most of it.

Selb(old) On January 10, Johann Lerch was buried at age 57 years and some days.
(I tried to type my German transcription, but this page auto-translates it to English! I don't know how to get rid of the auto correct. Very frustrating!)
