2 expressions in 1757 Alsace marriage record

I would appreciate help with the two expressions bolded -- not sure if I am reading them right and not sure what they mean:

Montags d[en] 24ten Jan. sind nach vorhergegangener dreÿmahliger Proclamation beÿ einem gantz Kleinen Kirchen gang Ehelich Zusammen gegeben worden Diebold Schmid der ledige Hiese-Knacht weil. Jacob Schmid gewesenen B. u. Ackersmanns zu Oberhoffen Ehelich erzeugter hinterlassen Sohn u. Anna Maria, weil. Joh. Georg Briefen gewesener B. u. Ackersmanns zu Hanhoffen Ehelich erzeugte hinterlassene Tochter. Gott beschencke sie mit seiner Seg.

Legitimately conceived surviving Son of the late Jacob Schmid former Citizen and Farmer at Oberhoffen and Anna Maria, Legitimately conceived surviving Daughter of the late Joh. Georg Brief former Citizen and Farmer at Hanhoffen. May God give them his blessing.

I agree that the first expression is einem gantz Kleinen Kirchen=gang.

The second expression is more difficult. The last part is most probably Knecht = servant, farmhand. The first part is probably meant to specify the type of farmhand, but I can't think of an appropriate word. The first letter does not appear to be an "h" or "H" when compared to other such letters on this page; it lacks the loop below the base line.

I've never seen Vieh written with an F, but in those old days it may have happened ...

Kirch(en)gang originally means "walk to the church"; it can also mean the service and is used in church records especially in connection with marriage. https://drw.hadw-bw.de/drw-cgi/zeige?index=lemmata&term=Kirchengang

gan(t)z would be an amplification of kleinen, so "very small". But I think "in a small church service" is an appropriate translation.

@Ulrich Neitzel : I checked the other pages, which suggested the first letter might be an 'F', so it looks like the second expression would be Fiehe-Knecht, so cowboy.

Was my translation of einem gantz Kleinen Kirchen=gang as in a Small Church service be correct? I wasn't sure about einem gantz or gang
