SCB Records

I have a grandmother born in Sweden in  Östuna, Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden in 1876. Her SCB record is (544)1876. I used to be able to find these in FamilySearch and Ancestry but can't seem to find them in either one now. The Ancestry GID is 100001.62.3000 and that will still pop up in Ancestry. Question: How do we access the SCB records now?

    The SCB files can be searched in the Swedish National Archives (Riksarkivet):

    You must register, but it is free.

    I have been looking for the 1876 births (födelse) file in Östuna, but this is the one file that is obviously missing:
