It seems that this is only a part of the record; the date of marriage and groom is missing...
Here is the info about the bride:
Marie Elise Greiss, 24 years old, born in Rosdorf, departement de la Roer, daylaborer residing in Hoisten, departement de la Roer, daughter of the deceased couple Anton Greiss and Catherine Schmitz

@Ulrich Neitzel thank you. I broke up the image to get help with the written parts that I could not make out. If it helps, I could submit the entire document.
Can you make out the written part in the next line after Catherine Schmitz? Also the written part on the last line of the 1st picture?
I think the 2nd picture lists the witnesses maybe?

... demeurant à leur ___dorf? département de la Roer
... residing at their ____dorf? departement de la Roer
which is a bit strange since they are deceased. I can't fully read the location name.
Yes, the last part are the witnesses. Do you need this translated? Except for the names it is mostly French.

@Ulrich Neitzel If you wouldn't mind helping me with the witnesses? It's mostly the handwritten parts. I really appreciate you. Thanks

@Ulrich Neitzel : I think that is "demeurant à leur vivant à Rosdorf" -- so 'residing when they were living at Rosdorf' Do you think that could work?

That makes sense. Thank you @Tom Randolph
