Burial Translation, Please?

I have another one I need help with. This is the burial record for Catharina Frintz. Her spouse is Johannes Schnepp. I actually have never found another record with Catharina Frintz with Johannes Schnepp. I know that my ancestor's father was a Johannes Schnepp, but I do not know which Johannes Schnepp or who his mother was. What information from this record could direct me to further research if these are my ancestor's parents?

Translation:

Today, on November 8 in the year 1739, Catharina Frintz died, the wife of Johannes Schnepp, innkeeper(?) at the sign the Golden Crown and citizen of Mommenheim, sixty years old, provided with the last rites. She was buried on the ninth day of the same month and year in the presence of the aforementioned Johannnes Schnepp, James Frintz, a farmer in Gebolsheim, and Matthias Conrad, a citizen and farmer in Mommenheim, who all signed together with me.
