Here's the translation -
On the 17th [of April] in the morning at 8 o'clock the illegitimate child Margaretha was born, and baptized at 11 o'clock. The unmarried Valentin Joseph Henn, by his own admission, from Oberneudorf. The unmarried Margaretha Plaz from Oberneudorf. The witnesses were Philipp Dörr, school teacher, and Johannes Valentin [Rüger?], shoemaker from Holderbach.
P. Weidenbusch, pastor
Note - the formulation of the entry is a little odd. Usually a birth record (even for an illegitimate child) will say something like "The parents are..." but that is not the case here. It simple gives the names of two unmarried people, then the witnesses.
