Requesting Assistance with a Surname

Could someone assist me with the surname of the groom in the marriage record for Anna Svoboda (second record on the left-hand page)?

His first name seems to be Gotthard. There doesn't seem to be a Czech equivalent name.

The surname may end with pitz, but I can't be certain.

Gothardus Oppitz, clearly of the German origin. I have no idea what Sara town in Moravia is currently.

I was just going to comment that I had seen his name as a witness. The handwriting was better, so I could read the name easier. Thank you again.
