Translation request: Efverlöf, Malmöhus, Sweden Death record: Bengta
My Bengta Nilsdotter, K8K8-HWR, was christened 18 April 1815 in Efverlöf, Malmöhus, Sweden. I found a death record in that parish in 1824, but I need help translating it to see if it is the record of MY Bengta Nilsdotter. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:9Q97-YSL9-W6X3?i=516&cc=1974200&cat=223612 Does it say she is 9 years old? I can't read anything else! What is her last name? What happened on 4 April?
I believe the person listed as my direct ancestor may be wrong. Her name is Bengta Matilda Nilsdotter KWJF-CPJ but she is born in a different parish than the rest of the siblings in the family.
I'd appreciate any assistance and direction you can give me.
Sincerely,
Jake Peterson

The link you gave in your post is for the birth record. I found the death record you mention here (it says birth and baptism books, but in fact these are the death records):
The Bengta who died on 13 March 1824 was the daughter of ?eppa Hansson at an age of 9 days; so this is not the one born in 1815.

I found the birth record for the "correct" Bengta (KWJF-CPJ) here (bottom left):
Translation:
On December 23 [1820] Bengta, daughter of Nils Månsson and his wife Hanna Pehrsdotter was born and baptized on the 24th of the same month. Sponsor: the wife of tenant farmer Jöns Andersson. Witnesses: tenant farmer Jöns Andersson and his son, farmhand Anders, the maids Mätta and Inger.
