I am struggling to read the names of Johan Arvidsson and Karin Olofsdotter. Could someone list them for me?

Here are the members of the family, "hustru" means "wife", "sonen" is "son", and "dottern" is "daughter. The birth date is given in the form: year month/date.

The birth date of the youngest son Carl looks very much like 1775 1/18 (January 18, 1775), but according to his birth record he was born on January 12, 1775 (top right record):
