Translation of Birth Record 1806
Hello, In family search the record for Jens Johnsen states he was born Jan 17, 1806 in Nordborg. I wanted to verify and I can't read this record to make sure. Can someone translate this birth record on Jan 17th? If this is Jens Johnsen, I would like to know if it states who his father is. Thanks so much for your help.

Jens Jønsen's christening page 201 on 4 April indicates he was born 23 March. Parents are skipper Jürgen Jonsen and Christine Blad. https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/en/billedviser?bsid=202100#202100,38312935

Jens is seen with his widowed mother in the 1845 census, this source could be added to FamilySearch.
