Translation help please

I am looking for the birth of Rosina Walter, daughter of Hans of Niesenbahn. Wondering if the last record on the bottom right-hand side of page is her birth record. If so, could someone tell me who her parents are?

Niessenbahn

On 14 December the most excellent Herr Johann Joseph Baugutt, currently pastor here, baptized for Hans Walter, cottager her, and Elisabetha his wife, a young daughter named Anna Rosina.

Witnesses: Dorothea, wife of Michael [can't read- Füchschen?] of Niessenbahn, and Maria, wife of Hans [can't read, but same name] of Niessenbahn, and Martin Füller from Postitz.
