These are the same people for the same marriage, just recorded in the home towns of each of the people involved. The text has minor differences in the two versions, but here is what it says in the first image -
In the year of our Lord 1865 on 2 May, at 11in the morning, according to the marriage certificate of the grand ducal district court in Lörrach dated 16 February 1865 No. 1871, and after orderly proclamation in the churches in Steinen and Binzen on 16 February and 26 February this year, were legally married by the undersigned pastor in Steinen: Johannes Winter, citizen and shoemaker in Rümmingen, a son of the deceased Johann Philipp Winter and the deceased Anna Barbara Winter from there, born on 21 April 1839, and Maria Magdalena Bühler, a daughter of Johann Jacob Bühler from Hagelberg and his wife Maria Elisabetha [Scheurer?] from there, born 23 October 1843, Witnesses: Ernst Friedrich Bühler from Hagelberg, and Ludwig Fritz from Rümmingen, both unmarried and of age.
Steinen 2 May 1865 [?] Otto Strube, pastor
The second image states that it is an extract from the Steinen church register, has all the same verbiage as the first, then at the end says it has been recorded, not in Rümmingen but in Binzen, on 5 May 1865, signed by [Fernand?], pastor.
