This is a birth record for a Gustaf Emanuel Hagelberg 13 May 1863 in Göteborgs Gustavi Parish in Sweden (he is entry #392): https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/00192801_00361#?cv=360&c=&m=&s=&xywh=-249%2C-1%2C4998%2C2683 . I just noticed that it says his father is a "mantalsskrifvare"-a census clerk but could possibly mean a tax collector.
His father is Gustaf Hagelberg (b. 15 July 1835) and they are on page 308 of the household records. This is a link to that page: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0040562_00166#?c=&m=&s=&cv=165&xywh=223%2C3833%2C3378%2C1738 .
I believe this is Gustaf Hagelberg's birth record (at least the date matches but there is no mention of Hagelberg in the record-the father's name is not given): https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0040612_00180#?c=&m=&s=&cv=179&xywh=375%2C80%2C3955%2C2124 .
Gustaf Enamuel's mother is Clementine Isodore Signeul (b. 4 April 1835). This is her birth record: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0040612_00174#?c=&m=&s=&cv=173&xywh=3581%2C5%2C4205%2C2124 .
Let me stress here that I am not sure if this is the person you are looking for but it may be worth looking into.

I am quite excited I think its right, especially with a matching middle name.
I'm wondering what all the info says on one of the pages written in Swedish.
Do you know how I can translate it, tried to put my computer to English for it but failed.
Thank you so much for trying very hard for me, now I will look up Clementine as I have a surname. Regards Tina

First of all a word of caution: just because the name is the same, does not mean it is the same person. Especially in Scandinavia!!
You mentioned you had a marriage and a death record for Gustav Emanuel in England. Can you post an image of those records, or at least, do you have an age or birthdate listed on either of those records? If the age (or birthdate) is the same, or very close, that increases the possibility that this is the correct person.
Secondly, which record were asking about the translation?
