This is not a move record. It is a "Hufvud bok = head book" (Pääkirja in Finnish). It is very similar to the Household Examination records in Sweden. This is for a Baptist parish in Forsby so it is set up a little differently than the Communion books in Lutheran parishes-but it contains equivalent information.
In the second column, under his name, is "Isakas Boställe arendatoren = Isakas Boställe farmer"". Isakas Bostalle is a place in Pedersöre.
In the fifth column, it reports that he was born in Pedersöre and came from Pedersöre on 15 November 1892. If you have a subscription to SSHY/FFHA, you can see his moving record from Pedersöre here (entry #130): https://www.sukuhistoria.fi/sshy/sivut_eng/jasenille/paikat.php?bid=40933&pnum=138.
The sixth column reads " V Sv". This indicates that he has been vaccinated for small pox and his mother-tongue is Swedish.
The seventh-eighth columns read "Enkling till äktenskap ledig sedan afvittring skatt efter hans 1891 afledne hustru Karin (actually Kaisa) Greta Jakobsdr." This is basically saying he is a widower and is free to marry because his wife, Karin (Kaisa) Greta Jakobsdotter, died in 1891. Her death record can be seen here (4th entry in March): https://digihakemisto.net/item/1285702771/5886929948/105. Again, if you have a subscription to SSHY/FFHA you can see them in the Pedersöre Communion records here: https://www.sukuhistoria.fi/sshy/sivut_eng/jasenille/paikat.php?bid=40852&pnum=550.
The last column says he can read and write and that he died 21 July 1893.
