Seeking translation help

I am tracking the families at the Fagerlid farm area at Alingsås. It has a been a very fruitful search, however, getting into the early 1700’s many more comments are appearing in the record which I am particularly having difficulty translating. I believe they may be very helpful. Below are the entries for 3 years along with my attempts at translation. In parentheses I have placed my understanding of the tick marks and the comments. The first entry I am reading “Tores Olfsson”. I am interpreting the ending here as a “son/sson” based upon numerous similar uses of this ending elsewhere in the same record though it is not the usual formulation I have encountered in earlier records. Am I correct in this conclusion? (I also believe that the name is Olufsson, the writer either left out the "u" or put it in the wrong place and that is not really an "n", or is that an ö before it?). I will certainly appreciate any help.

d. Lars. - 2 sons ("d" = drange/farmhand; see Ambior in 1718 record below)

Erik - 1 man, 1 wife

E(nke) Kierstin - 1 son, 1 drang (farmhand)

Tore - no tax - Under barnen = under (supported by?) the child

d. Ambiørn - 1 son ("d" = drange/farmhand; see Ambior in 1718 record below)

Erik - no tax - i Nygård (Erik is probably listed in Nygård farm)

Tore Jønson - 1 man, 1 wife, 1 daughter - Syster (Sister see Norway dialect wordlist here: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Norwegian_Dialect_Word_List#S)

dräng (farmhand) Ambior - 1 son, 1 dräng - dräng Oluf

Tore Jonson - 1 man, 1 pige (maiden) - Pig(e) Elin des(?) Syster = (maiden Elin a sister)

As far as names go (Ole, Oluf, Ola, etc.), there was no correct or incorrect spelling. Names are spelled the way the person writing the record thought they should be spelled. Ole, Oluf, Ola are all equivalent names.

I understand that these records are from Alingsås parish in Sweden. So all the Norwegian "ø" in @Norm Baker's excellent interpretation should be Swedish "ö" - does not make a big difference anyhow...

In the last line it is then "Pig(a) Elin des(s) syster" = maiden Elin, his sister
