It almost always helps if you can give a link to the record. That way we can compare the handwriting between entries and we can see the column headings to decide what information is given.
In the Norwegian archives, this record can be found here: https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/2642/85.
Berte Marie was born 27 June 1861 and christened 14 July 1861. She was an illegitimate child.
The sixth column lists the parents who are "ungk(arl) = bachelor" Isak Paulsen Stokmarknæs (Stokmarken?) and "pige = maiden" Martine Jensine Eriksd(atte)r. I think the short abbreviation after Eriksdatter is "ib(i)d(em) = of the same place, ie. Stokmarknæs or Stokmarken". Then it reads "hendes 1sta hans 4de uægte barn = her first and his fourth illegitimate child".
The seventh column lists the godparents/christening witnesses: "Moderen, Anna Pedersdatter Hassel, Martin Olsen ib(i)d(em), Karolius Olesen ib(i)d(em)" = "the mother, Anna Pederdatter Hassel, Martin Olsen (of) Hassel, Karolius Olesen (of) Hassel".
The eighth column records who "home-baptized the child" and reports it was "the father".
The ninth column records who reported an illegitimate birth to the parish and it also says "the father".
There is another version of this christening record here (entry #34): https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/16718/98. This adds an occupation for the father, Isack Paulsen-he is a bødker = bøkker = cooper/barrel maker". Also, the child's name is Bereth Marie in this record; same name, just a slightly different spelling.

Thank you so much! I found these records through Ancestry.com, so they don't give the Digitalarkivet.no addresses. I appreciate very much that you were able to locate them for me.
I will now research "Moderen" Ane Pedersdtr Hassel - as possibly she is the mother of Isak. I have no information on Isak at all. Martine Jensine's mother is Marthe Olsdatter of Bergen.
Thanks again for your help! Ellen
