Not sure the link is correct. This is the birth record of Karel Kostelecký (Carolum magnum, Karel Veliký). The location is Ex mola Zebrakoviensi (from the Žebrákov mill). The closest is this one: https://www.vodnimlyny.cz/mlyny/objekty/detail/5158-weingartuv-mlyn

Anna's record would be on the right-hand page for 12 January 1746.
