Hello,

Could someone assist me with the birth record of Vojtěch Augusta? I believe that the surname of Augusta/Augustin was changed from something else. Is there any indication of another surname in this record?

It looks as though the father Jan may have come from Červená Řečice. I cannot read where mother Ludmila came from.
