Can someone assist me with the reading of the other surname that Marianna Blazek may have used? It looks to be something like Janisek? Also can you tell me where Marianna's parents come from?

    Janausskova (Janoušková). The male form is Janoušek.

    Mother was from Dehtáře. The location is omitted in the father's record so I suppose it is also Dehtáře.
