Daniel Dietrich Brandt, illegitimate son of Dorothea <Martens in Sterdebuell and the stated father Daniel Dietrich Brandt. He was born on the 29th of August 1804 in Sterdebuell, married for the first time to Catharina Margaretha Hinrichsen on 11 November 1844, from which marriage two sons are alive, namely
- Heinrich Lorenzen Brandt, married in Kiel to Marie Paulsen (three children)
- Andreas Paul Christian Brandt, married in Bremen (1 child)
He was married the second time to Catharina Dorothea Petersen, whom he leaves behind as widow, along with four children, namely
- Peter Christian, married to Agnes Eggers from Kolding (2 children)
- Anna Sophia Friederika, married to master tailor Einhausen in Bredstedt (5 children)
- Juergen Asmus, in the insane asylumn in Schleswig
- Luise Catharina, married Arnoldt (5 children)
age: 79 1/2 years
the necessary certificate from the civil registration office was submitted.

I will create new posts:) Unfortunately I am new to the Archion site, and only paid to have access for one month. I have downloaded the applicable pages to my computer. I wasn't aware of the permalink feature so didn't save the links (since I won't have access in the future). I will save them from now on!

Permission paper of the groom from the Chief Postal Inspector's Office, affidavit that he is unmarried from the Landvogtei - area administrative office; permission to be married at home dated 4 Apr 1865. Groom's age 25 years bride's age 19 years.
