looking for birth and marriage records

can someone help us find birth & marriage records for John McIntyre (94DN-8K7). All we have is the baptism record for his son William McIntyre (94DN-8V5).

Is there a reason you think the record(s) would be in Ireland? That profile shows John born in Scotland, in 1618.

There will not be birth records that early. There may be baptismal records, but those will not usually include the date of birth in that century.

My apoligies I thought I was posting the question in the Scotland portion of Ask the Community. John's son William (94DN-8V5) has his baptism record listing his father John but not his mother. Trying to find information on the father John and the mother unkown.
