Please review and correct, name of baptized Lorenz? and word after mother's (Mariana) first name, etc.

also it appeared that the couple had a child in 1788 with the same first name as the child born in 1792, the child born in 1788 died 2 months later - was it a custom to use the same first name for a later child after the first one died?
