For translation of the column headings in Danish church records, you can use this page in the FamilySearch Wiki: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Denmark_Parish_Register_Headings. Just locate the correct time period and the type of record you need for the translation.
Your top heading and image above tells the parents' names, status, occupations and residence. The image reads "[Parents] Lorents (or Larents) Lorentsen (or Larentsen) and Anna Maria Pedersd(atter) homeowners in Langelund."
The second heading and image tells the godparents'/witnesses' names, status and residence. It reads "Didering? (may be a variation of Diderik) F Lorentzen (Larentzen), Peder Paulsen, Hagen? Langel(und?), Maria Lorentz(datter) and Ingeborg Jus_et."
