two page document on south africa, western cape deceased estate files

Please explain how to index all the needed information for this individual. It is a two page document (two images for one individual). For the second image do I just "blank "all the missing fields. If so, for the second image, I would only be indexing the children and the parents of the deceased individual from image one. Hope that makes sense!

Using the reference images so you can see it at the same time as Image 1, click on Image 2 and enter all indexable information for Joseph August in Image 1. Then mark Image 2 as Non Ext. Data. in Images.
