Names are correct, the missing one is Worssila (Voršila, Uršula).

The last image comments:

žena Mariana - jestie (?) hospodarzi (~ head of the homestead)

děti:

Mariana - ma padouczy nemocz (padoucnice = epilepsy)

Worssila - wdana a przepusstena k Zlaty Korunie (married and now subject of the Zlatá Koruna manor)

Jakub - u matky (with his mother)

I can't help with measurement units.
