Kybas?ow legally married in Gloglow(???), and a maiden, Sophia (Zofia) Smyrska, Roman catholic, age 44, born 25 March 1853, daughter of Thomae (Tomasz) Smyrski, farmer and Marianna born Dziubionka, ? ? Widelka and ? ? Glogow.

Witnesses: Joannes (Jan) ?? and Josephus (Jozef) Bazan ?

Note: I thought that Maryanna Dziubionka was a widower (from Geneteka info symbol but I had difficulty translating it all, listed above this one).

Marriage Record No. 16, Głogów Małopolski Parish, dated the 6th October 1897 of Ludovicus (Ludwik in Polish) Bazan, Roman Catholic, 24 years old, born the 23rd August 1873, a tenant farmer, bachelor, son of Philippus (Filip in Polish)  Bazan and of Eve (Ewa in Polish), born Kubas, married couple Bazan, he was born and lives in Gloglow, and of a maiden, Sophia (Zofia) Smyrska, Roman Catholic, 44 years old, born on the 25th March 1853, daughter of Thomas (Tomasz) Smyrski, a farmer, and of Marianna born Dziub, married couple, she was born in Widelka and resides in Glogow. Witnesses: Joannes (Jan) Zarebski, a blacksmith, and Josephus (Jozef) Bazan, a blacksmith.

Marriage Banns published in Glogow Parish, no impediment detected. Marriage performed in the local Church with witnesses present.

In Geneteka this marriage is indexed incorrectly as of Stanislus (Stanislaw) Bazan. Mattie, you are correct interpreting this record as marriage of Ludovicus (Ludwik) Bazan. It is also consistent with the birth record of Ludovicus Bazan as indexed in Geneteka, year 1873.

Can you translate what it says about Maryanna Dziubionka within the remarks for Tomasz Smyrski's marriage listing by clicking on the 1st icon? I tried to write it down and then translate it, and I think it states that Marianna is a widower? She is within this family line and I am trying to figure out if Tomasz was married 2x and who was his first spouse. I appreciate it, thank you. Mattie
