Hello,
Attached is the birth record for Anna Zak:
Could someone translate what is written in the note at the bottom of the record? I am not certain that the notation has anything to do with Anna. The reason that I am asking is that I found a death record for Anna about 2 years later:

I do not know what is listed for her age. 1/4?

That note seems to be irrelevant to the record above. There is mention another child was born in May and the record was inserted here on request.
